As a full service marketing firm, NL Partners provides services including brand building, public relations, media planning, advertising, and design and web strategies. Its clients include the Maine Lottery, and Subway franchises throughout New England, among others. NL Partners sought to capture all information about a project in a single place that was easily accessible to clients.
Each project had a calendar of meetings; specific contact information for the account executive and the client; multiple Word, Excel and PDF documents as well as supporting media such as images, movies and audio files. Winxnet proposed the use of SharePoint to capture this information in one location, making NL Partners' files available over the internet, thereby ensuring immediate access to its clients. NL Partners now utilizes its centralized document management portal to connect and collaborate with its clients securely and efficiently.
