Jason Lenardson Chief Operating Officer

Jason Lenardson is the Chief Operating Officer of Winxnet. Prior to becoming COO in July of 2008, Jason led the Software Development and SharePoint Consulting Division for 5 years.

An IT veteran, Jason worked as a lead application developer and Oracle database analyst in the Government Services Division of American Management Systems (AMS) in Fairfax, VA. He led teams as part of large scale implementation and data conversion projects centering on the companies state tax revenue management system.

After a short stint at the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) in Rockville, MD, Jason was recruited as an Oracle DBA for the Hussey Seating Company in North Berwick, ME. At Hussey, Jason led projects centered on improving the performance of the Oracle ERP and the development of a company portal to automate the processes of quoting, ordering and international supply chain management.

As the Senior SharePoint Consultant, Jason provides leadership and guidance for clients at the start of the planning process as well as ongoing support on new initiatives for existing implementations. He has been working with SharePoint for the past 10 years providing expertise for a range of needs from enterprise content management for large multinational corporations to small team collaboration for US Senate re-election campaigns.

Before his career as an IT professional, Jason worked as a Russian translator for the Maine Education and Training Export Partnership (METEP) and for USAID’s Partnership for International Education and Training in Washington, DC.

Jason lives in Cumberland, Maine with his wife Jennifer and two sons, William and Adam.
