Contract win demonstrative of Winxnet's growing presence in the New England market

Westbrook, ME; August 19, 2008 – Winxnet, a leading provider of software development solutions and systems management, announced today that it secured a contract with the energy firm, BTU International (NSDQ: BTUI), to architect and implement Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 for BTU offices in North Billerica, Massachusetts; Shanghai, China; and Singapore.  The firm specializes in supplying advanced thermal processing equipment to the electronics manufacturing and alternative energy (including solar cells, fuel cells and nuclear fuel) generation market.

The migration to Exchange 2007 will provide the BTU end users with several key factors critical to enhancing their business processes.  It will give BTU the potential to add more users as the firm continues to grow and also will provide them with greater capability to communicate with their offshore team members in Shanghai and Singapore.  Exchange 2007 has greater capabilities for backing up important data as well as easing the process of compliance, by allowing for greater efficiency in archiving emails.  Finally, the upgrade will deliver software that is scalable, giving BTU the option to implement additional Microsoft communication products easily, as they continue to strive to create more efficient communication both in-house and with their offshore offices.

BTU also engaged Winxnet to begin work on an Executive Dashboard and company-wide collaboration solution, delivered through Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.  This solution will provide BTU executives with the ability to receive on-demand and up-to-date information about the business, regardless of the office location throughout the world.
