CIEE – Proactive Approach to IT Support
The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) was in search of a comprehensive IT solution that would allow its members to focus solely on their mission: to “help people gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world.” As a result, the non-profit, non-governmental organization partnered with Winxnet to provide Managed Services for its broader technology support and strategy needs.
Having already partnered with CIEE in the past to manage some of its data center services, Winxnet was familiar with CIEE’s IT environment and able to recognize and understand its needs. Winxnet assessed these requirements to come up with a technology management solution it could deliver to CIEE 24 hours-a-day/7 days a week. In doing so, Winxnet rebuilt and upgraded CIEE’s network and took over the monitoring and maintenance of its key servers. This upgrade streamlined the organization’s network to become a truly routed environment.
