You must already be in contact with the Help Desk to use this service.

The Help Desk or Engineer working with you will provide the 6 digit pin code required to start a remote support session. This will allow our team to temporarily connect to your machine and work with you to resolve the issue without an on-site support visit.

If you have not used this service on your computer before, you may need to install an applet after the 6-digit code is entered and the session is initiated.
